Annually, the CCIB carries out an evaluation of the personal development at an individual level to all staff. On this evaluation it is possible to score different aspects of each employee work and it allows to value whether the personal objectives have been achieved as well as to pose new objectives for the following year. It is also a good opportunity to gather new ideas and/or personal concerns.
Simultaneously, and with the aim to meet the employee's demands or to cover some noted deficiencies, the CCIB prepares the annual training plan.
81,5% of the workforce have received training and the main subjects taught have been health, safety and languagues.
