The CCIB is an organisation committed to equal opportunities between men and women, that is the equal access to the working conditions and the promotion of its employees.  This commitment reflects the CCIB's Equal Opportunity Plan between men and women. 

Almost one in two people working at the CCIB is a woman. This ratio is almost constant over the years. Also women have a balanced presence in all occupational groups, except in the intermediary ones.

95,4% of the in-house staff is between 26 and 45 years old - 40% corresponds to the 26-35 age group and 55,4% to the 36-45 age group. 

In 2013, the employees who have taken a maternity or paternity leave were two men; both have been back at work once the permit finished.
